What can I write about?

• Improvement suggestions — ideas for new features or adjustments to the tool.
• Bug reports — something went wrong? Include browser, operating system, and steps to reproduce.
• Partnerships and press — want to talk about the project or promote something related.
• Data removal — requests based on data protection laws (although we barely collect any identifiable personal data).

What we DON'T answer

We don't offer technical support for using the generated QR Code on specific devices, we don't recover lost texts (because they were never saved), and we don't handle third-party ad removal requests — for that, contact Google AdSense directly.

Response times

We're a small project and try to respond within 48 business hours. Weekends and holidays may extend this timeframe. Be patient — we do reply!
